I launched my website this weekend and quickly was notified that credit cards were being declined. I went and tried placing some orders. My debit card was declined (yes there is money in my account, not expired, numbers correct) and my credit card was declined (all good too used it the same day for something else). I placed an order for pickup and credit card went through. My MIL tried placing an order and the same thing happened. She tried Apple Pay but the order never went through. A few of my friends tried placing orders. Credit cards all declined. How do I fix this. This is extremely frustrating since I just launched my website and I don’t have any problems with point of sale. I will trying calling square today when then open as well.

Were you able to call in as mentioned? I'd definitely recommend contacting our direct CS E-Comm team for issues like this for further investigation.
The Seller Community is intended for seller to seller conversations so other sellers won't be able to dig into it.
Let me know what they tell you as well if you have the time! In case other sellers are experiencing this.

Yes, i have reached out 3 times....they are looking into it. I haven't heard back yet. The error is "Payment Card Validation Failed".
I am having the same issue. Launched my site today and all my customers and myself get the same payment card validation failed error. Please tell me there is a fix for this.

They tell me its a bug....no fix yet. They gave me a case number but nothing yet. I keep checking. We're looking into switching payment sites. This is terrible way to start a business.
