Cash drawer report can it only show the current day in permissions?

I have shift leads that close out the register at the end of the shift. I have the permissions where they can only see the cash drawer report since they only are responsible for balancing and restarting the drawer. I see that they can access the history of the drawer back 90 days. I do not want to grant them access to prior cash drawer reports. I don't see in permissions where I can restrict them to just the shift they are closing. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Here is the screen shot of the permissions and cash drawer accessibility. You can see that in order to see the cash drawer report it allows you to see historical data as well. Is there a way around this historical data?
