Can we enter different email addresses for each store we own?

I'm doing online invoicing from 3 different stores and the invoice receipts are all coming to my personal email for the square account. We need them to go to the email address set up for each store so our staff can process the shipping.

The invoice information will get sent to whichever email is associated with the account. 

 

Do you have separate Square accounts for those other businesses?

We have multiple stores under the same Square Account. 

So when we invoice from each store it all comes to one email. But it's confusing for each store to find what invoice is theirs.

You'll need to create separate Square accounts for each store if you want invoice notifications to be sent to each store's respective email. 

 

Even thought you might have multiple locations set up under the same account, all invoices will be funnels through one email as Kassi mentioned above.
