Can’t get logged in!!!

Hi! 
My sign in details won’t allow to me to log into the app or access my square terminal 

however the same details allow me to log in my square account via my browser (chrome, safari) etc 

I have been in touch with the support team all day and nobody has been able to help 

I run a retail shop so effectively have no way of processing customer transactions

We're sorry to hear you've been having issues logging in to your Square account. I can confirm that our engineering team is aware of the issue and is working towards a fix currently. We'll hopefully have a resolution soon. 

 

Have you tried resetting your password using the reset password link? Could be worth a shot changing your password.

today is the 24th so 21 days later has there been any update to this problem as I have the same issue?

The dates are actually following the US format so this thread is from July and this issue has been resolved, it looks like we missed closing this thread, apologies for any confusion. 

 

Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting logged in, we have some troubleshooting steps here that should help you get logged in. 

 

If you are still having trouble after doing so, please give our support team a call directly at 0800 - 098 8008, 9AM- 5PM, Mon-Fri and they will be able to help manually reset your password. We don't have access to that here in the Community.
