Can’t download app
It’s been a long time since I used square and recently tried to re download the app and it won’t let me. I don’t have issues dl other apps.

@C-line I'm really sory to hear that you haven't been able to download the app. What error message are you seeing on your device when you try?
This could indicate that your device isn't supported by the Point of Sale app — you can look up your device on the Square Device Compatibility website. If your device isn't listed it means our Hardward team hasn't tested it yet!

My assistant is thing to download it and she can’t everything she puts her log in info the app glitches and she can’t access

It sounds like your assistant was able to download the app, but is having trouble logging in - is that right, @Clairega?
