Can't clear giftcard balance to $0.00

I follow all the steps to clear an eGift card and it won't allow me to save it to a $0.00 balance. I do not use square POS. Help

Hi @THECOTERIE- Are you saying that you're using third party eGift cards outside of Square if you don't use the POS?
