Can't add items to category online, or delete category

I am having trouble with categories. I cannot add items to my categories on square online. I also can't delete categories. (some of mine have been duplicated)

Our system indicates that there are no reported problems with our categories. When you mention experiencing difficulties in adding items to your categories, are there any error messages appearing?

If so, could you kindly provide a screenshot so that I can investigate further?
