Can I manually enter the info for a credit/debit card?

I was trying to enter a credit card manually. I could put the amount in but the options to manually enter the card were grayed out. It said I had to be online. I checked and I was connected to my wifi.  So I tried a couple other options and Square processed the total but I have no idea where it was getting the funds from.  I tried this a total of 3 times so now I have this charge 3 times and it's never even been applied to the customer's credit card.  How do I correct this?  I have too much money coming to me and I have to get the customer's card in so the charge gets on her card and hopefully not a previous customer's card.
