Bank Verification Issues

We are having significant trouble verifying our bank through Square. We have attempted to verify and connect the account several times, but each time it has failed due to "communication error." What does this mean? No one will elaborate when we contact customer service. We have a balance of over $5k sitting in our Square account and are at a loss as to how we even get a hold of someone to help us. Is there any customer support outside of the provided phone number at Square?

I'm sorry to hear you're having this frustrating issue.

 

Usually when there is a "communication error", that means your bank account cannot be located. Have you double checked all of your bank details are correct when you attempt to link your bank account? 

 

Another option is getting started with Square Checking so you can always have access to your funds. You are able to use a debit card and a mobile wallet card as well.
