Acuity and Square integration

I’ve waited 7 years for Square to fix this problem. Acuity sends the information, Square just can’t be bothered to sort it. It’s an incredible shortcoming that seems like a relatively simple fix since Square has the data. Imagine running your business and never having an accurate sales report based on categories and items. Square’s integration with Acuity Scheduling is basically a half step above useless. If you’re still figuring out what to use, don’t use this combination. Acuity appointments is better than Square appointments (probably why Square won’t fix it even though it has many requests), so choose another processor rather than getting in too deep with this mess.

The Acuity-Square integration is meant to allow users of Acuity to accept payments. If you need more reporting options, Acuity also integrates with reporting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Google Analytics.
