Active customers are showing up in "lapsed" group
I am relatively new and have not taken advantage of the "group" feature yet. When I check the current customers in the "lapsed" group, I am finding customers that are active and with recent purchases. Want to make sure I understand this before doing anything else.
Suggestions?

The definition of a lapsed customer is: a customer who has visited your business 3+ times, but has not returned in 6-8 weeks.
If those customers in your lapsed group don't fit this definition, you may want to contact our Customer Engagement team so they can look into this a bit more with you.
