why is square doesn't add taking debit card? chargeback are increasing? no more insurance?

why is square doesn't add taking debit card?

chargeback are increasing costumer? no more insurance to cover chargeback like before?

Square will accept any card with the MC, VISA< AMEX, DISCOVER, logo, along with others.
