unable to adjust modifiers

I am unable to adjust modifiers and for some reason the modifiers I have are duplicated x's 20! Anyone else having issues adjusting items, etc.?

Hi @ArikaShale I would recommend going to "Modifiers" on your Square Dashboard and seeing if you have the same modifier created multiple times as that would create the issue you are experiencing. Finally, make sure the modifier you do want is applied to all items, or the items you want it applied to. This should help!

Thank you. That seems to be part of the problem. The system somehow hiccupped and created TONS of modifiers. For one modifier I now have over 40 duplicates that I never created. I keep deleting and deleting but its way too many. I had to get support and they are trying to figure out the problem.

Ok, that's good as Support would be the next step if the modifiers keep creating themselves. Are you by change importing/exporting your library over and over? That could cause duplicates as well.

Not at all. I was in the middle of adding a modifier and the screen crashed. When I went back in I noticed the duplicates and that I couldn't edit any items anymore. It freezes as soon as I open an item. I even tried from various devices and made sure Chrome and the Square app was updated.

@ArikaShale that definitely sounds like a bug. Hopefully you're still working with Support to get things back to normal?
