"Add Stock" using Square App on iPad. Error
I am trying to "Add Stock" using Square App on iPad. (1) Add Stock; (2) Receive Stock; (3) Scan a barcode or search for items to add stock. I then scan the barcode and the item scanned accurately shows up on the iPad screen. (4) "Next" in blue box at top right of iPad screen: (5) "Confirm" in blue box at top right of iPad screen. Then the screen shows an exclamation point in a trianbel the word "Error" and a blue box that says "Cancel Request." This happens whether I use the scanner of add the SKU at step 3 above.
Note that the item also is included with the item library on the Square Dashboard - item description, SKU, vendor, vendor code, cost, price, etc.
Can anyone help?

Have you updated the software on your iPad and Square app recently?
Also, what type of barcode scanner are you using?
I want to get a better context of what you're experiencing, so I can steer you in the right direction.
