Can you be a bit more specific - your title is "how to gain more customers" however your also talking about an EIN or Employer Identification Number.  So we need more details - for example - what is your business status - are you registered with your state and/or local location?  Are you planning or selling online and/or in person?  As for gaining more customers - know what your plans are is helpful for providing some advice.

Your EIN is something you apply for thru the IRS website....
