Does Square keep the original sales fee on refunds?

PayPal started doing that relatively recently which is why they no longer have my business. Effectively PayPal is profiting on the sellers loss... and that ain't right!

Square does not keep the transaction fee if you decide to refund your customer. Take a look here at how Square Refunds work.
