changing customers delivery address

how do I change a customer address? They already paid in full but now merchandise needs to be delivered to new address change it in customer record but when I pull up under all sent still shows old address? How do you sink them up?

This was an order placed through your online store, right? There isn't a way right now to modify the order, unfortunately. One thing you could do is issue yourself a coupon for 100% off, then place a new order for your customer using the correct information for the same items.
