can you separate the site inventory from physical

I would like to divide my inventory between my website and physical because i do physical shows and have the website. anything ordered through the site can be made to order so it never technically runs out because i can make the items for the customer as they are ordered. 

however i still need to track inventory for my shows but i dont want it affecting my online inventory.

Suggest looking into setting up Locations - you can set one up for online and one for shows (which you could make generic).
