Why is part of my items customers can’t put them in their cart or some items are not showing up
I have put all my product in my store but some of them are not showing up or they are not available to put in the customers cart? Please help me figure this out

@Goobsdesigns202 Welcome to the community. Here are a few things you can check to make sure they are enabled.
1.Check Product Visibility
• Log in to your Square Dashboard.
• Navigate to Items > Item Library.
• Confirm that the affected products are marked as “Visible Online”:
• Open the product details.
• Ensure the visibility toggle for “Available Online” or similar is enabled.
2. Check Inventory Levels
• Products with zero stock might not be available to purchase.
• Go to Items > Inventory Management and check:
• If the stock is listed as zero or negative, update the quantity.
• If the item uses “Stock Tracking,” ensure you have marked it as “In Stock.”
3. Check Fulfillment Settings
• For online availability, products must have an assigned fulfillment method (e.g., shipping, pickup, or local delivery).
• Open the item in your dashboard and check the Fulfillment Options:
• Make sure at least one fulfillment method is enabled.
• If shipping is required, confirm you’ve set up Shipping Profiles.
4. Ensure Proper Category Assignment
• Confirm that the product is added to the correct category used for your online store.
• Check your Website Settings > Navigation to ensure the product category is linked to your store menu.
5. Check Product Variants
• If the product has multiple variants (e.g., size or color), ensure all variants have:
• Correct inventory levels.
• Prices assigned.
• Go to Items > Item Details and verify these settings for each variant.
6. Enable Add-to-Cart Option
• Some products might be set to “view only” instead of “purchasable”:
• Open the item in the Square Dashboard.
• Look for the setting Sell Online and enable it.

Some of my stuff is showing up for purchase and some is not. I have them all marked the same. Could it be because I am just using the free version right now

Having the free version wouldn’t prevent your items from showing up. The main reasons an items wouldn’t show is: it’s not assigned to a category, it doesn’t have any inventory added, it isn’t set as visible or marked for online and you don’t have the location set.
The only other thing I could think of that is not in the list, is if you have archived the item, when archived it will not show up on your website.

How do I set the location? It says it’s only set for both locations

Go to your dashboard, then items, select the item and right under the description is the location.
One other thing I’ve had to do in the past when an item is not showing. It may sound a little crazy but it works. Sometimes if you open the item and save it again it will sync. The problem is when you open the item again the save button is greyed out, so what I do is go to the description and add a period or remove a period in the sentence. That will then allow you to save the item again. Like I said that has worked for me when an item doesn’t sync. Hopefully that will work on some of your items that’s not syncing.
