Why does my account keeps getting flagged tobacco?

I own a cigar lounge. A while back my account got flagged saying I’m selling tobacco online which I’m not. We only do in store purchases since we are a lounge which I read is allowed in person. I confirmed through the questionnaire that I’m only selling in person and in a few days they unlocked my account. Now my account has been flagged again saying I’m selling online. They keep pausing my transfers and it’s starting to get annoying and is affecting my business. Anyone else having similar experiences with this?

I do not have your issue, but was wondering if you are using Square to sell Online of other products or to beable to use QR codes for Instore Purchases?  Even though the QR code for payments is for INSTORE, you still have to have an Online link for it.  I am just wondering about that since you keep getting flagged for online sales.  Where is Square seeing your selling these items online would be my question to Square.  Call them at the support number in my signature since no one on here would be able to help resolve this for you in the forum.
