Why did the sound notifications disable on my point of sale?

All of a sudden, the “cha Ching” push notification alert stopped working. Anyone know what could be the reason? Both the app and iPhone settings have notifications turned on and still nothing. Please help.

To make sure i'm understanding, what system are you using that would normally play this sound? Online store orders, Square for Restaurant, Square for Retail etc.?

Please let me know by replying in this thread. I'll keep an eye out for your response.
