Variations not printing on label

All of a sudden my variations (size and color) are not printing on my labels.  They were this morning and now they are not.  I have tried to adjust my Dymo printer, no luck.  I have printed new tags for previous product and still not luck.  Any issues going on out there?  Any suggestions on what I should do...thank you!
