US tax vs state sales tax

We have our system set up for Ohio sales tax.  Recently I started seeing US tax show up under our monthly sales and tax reports.  I am at a loss of where this came from and so far have not found anything that explains it.  I went through all items sold and they all have Ohio sales tax.  Any help is appreciated!

@Loriswbb that is really strange! What do you see when you go under Items > Sales Taxes? You should see the US tax there to be removed. If not, can you tell me if you see this tax for only online store item sales?
