Syncing and transferring square data

I am a small business owner and have my shop in a collective storefront. We all use the same square account - by ringing items up under our own categories. I'd like to pull my sales out of square - to quickbooks - but have not been able to do so without syncing the other small business's information at the same time. Help!

That's a pretty unique setup that you're describing, so it might be best that you reach out to Quickbooks directly to see if they can guide you through this. 

My first thought would be that since you're only trying to import sales for a specific category and not the entire account, you'd need to  download the sales from that category and upload them to Quickbooks manually on your end. 

Quickbooks Support should be able to provide more details around how you can accomplish this.
