Store Email not Updating

I recently changed my account email.  I have updated it via Settings ->General and in the Sender Profile on the Store Emails page.  My test emails are still being sent to the old account.  What am I missing?

Hi, Are you using your .com business email?  If so, you need to change it inside the Domain provider dashboard.

Thats correct, I updated to my business email address at my domain.  The domain and email is hosted by a 3rd party however.  When you refer to the "Domain dashboard", is this within Square?

Hi, the domain dashboard is where your domain was purchased from (GoDaddy, NameCheap, IONOS etc).  That is where you would update to the new email address if its different than originally set it up for.

Thank you for your ideas.  The error was on Square's end.  They needed to update the email address on the backend where I did not have access.  A couple of emails back and forth to the Square Support Center straightened it out.
