Square payment less than should be
I had over $313 in sales on August 13 but only received $225, which is far lower than the fee percentage rate . Any idea why this may have happened?

Hello @Lpeto !
We can't get into account specific discussions in a public forum, but I do have an idea that would have caused the shortage.
Did you take any payments after the End of Day time? By default, this is 5:00pm PST. If so, these payments will be shown on your daily reports but your nightly deposit will not have those payments. You should have seen the remaining part of your deposit on the next business day, which by default would have been Monday the 16th.
The quickest way to check if that was the case would be to pull a report for the 13th with the start time of the report at 12:00am and the end time at 5:00pm PST if you're in the Pacific time zone (adjust as needed to match your time zone). Your numbers should be a lot closer together.
If that's not the case, your best bet would be to reach out to Customer Service. Be logged into your account then click the link in my signature below.
Hope this helps!

Thanks for the follow up.
Upon further review, I found that the transaction payment for the following day was higher than actual sales and after I did the math found that between the two payments they came to the proper cumulative amount. I'm guessing they found the error.
