Square is telling me this
Hi there, @whiteheat166 👋 Thanks for reaching out and bringing your question here to the Seller Community.
I flagged your post over to one of our Online Store specialists to see if they had any insight into Facebook token issues, and it looks like this is something we've actually never seen before.
Our teammates did suggest a troubleshooting step, however. They recommend disconnecting your integration with Facebook altogether and then try establishing reconnection.
Also, if you could post a screenshot here of the error message, that would be helpful as well.

Hey, Joe. I'm seeing this error as well. It appears our product feed hasn't updated since February or March. I've been digging around, but I haven't been able to find the problem or a way to update the feed/connection. I'm looking for a support document for disconnecting and reconnecting the Facebook integration but I haven't found that yet either.
Could you provide a few more details about suggested troubleshooting steps?
I am experiencing this issue also. I can't find a Facebook "token" to update. I remember seeing a token mentioned somewhere in my Facebook business settings, but it has been a while and many Facebook changes have been implemented since then.
Oh, and I have clicked the Advanced Settings link several times and been through and reset all the Facebook settings that result. In the end, it says, I have successfully connected Square to Facebook, but the error is still on Square's Sales Channels > Facebook Shops page.
I am also getting this error, after reconnecting and following the advance setting prompts. Were you able to figure it out?

No. I haven't seen or heard anything about a resolution for this issue. After finally locating the elusive Facebook "token" mentioned in the error in my Square settings, and trying a few things to resolve it, the error was still there last time I checked (quite a while back). I just let it be and hope everything keeps working.
We are experiencing this issue now. Has anyone found a solution? We have been in contact with both Weebly/Square & Facebook extensively, but no one seems to be able to pinpoint the root of this issue.

Can you confirm your website URL? I believe there is an issue with connecting to Facebook at this time. Please do not disconnect your store unless told to do so by support.

Hi there! I'm now getting this error message - did you find a way to resolve this issue? At the moment it's stopping my shop catalogue synchronising to Facebook.
