Our account is not updating the shipping costs for multiple items. We have our FedEx account real-time connected with the site. My settings look fine to me. Why is the shipping not updating for multiple items.
For example, if you but one amplifier it's $14.52 shipping. But this person bought two of them and the shipping STILL stays at $14.52 online when FedEx is charging us $22 in the shop.

Hi @CompSounds 👋
Will both items fit in one box, or do you need multiple shipping labels for additional boxes?
You can set a minimum for items allowed in a single box by first navigating to the Square Online dashboard. Click on Fulfillment > Shipping > Shipping Boxes, then edit the box and add the optional setting for max items.
If a customer orders multiple items, they will be charged for additional shipping labels.
If this is not the issue you are experiencing, please provide the shipping box dimensions, and total weight of the shipment. It would also be helpful if you could provide screenshots from FedEx showing the rate, and same box details.
Thanks!

Hello
I too am having trouble with multiple item shipping. I would like to make it so if my customer bought more than one item, then the higher shipping costs would be charged and they wouldn't be charged multiple shipping costs. Example, I have a customer that went directly to me because she didn't want to pay $3.95 shipping per shirt when I could send her two shirts in the same package for $3.95 instead of $7.90 shipping. I would have lost the sale if she hadn't contacted me thru IG. Another example is a customer bought a plant which is $8.95 shipping and a shirt which is $3.95. I would want the customer to only pay the highest fee and I would either find a way to insert the shirt in with the plant or eat the shipping cost on the 2nd item.
Any ideas??
Thank you,
Tammy Marshall
