[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Selling duck derby chances]
Our Rotary is selling tickets for a duck race to raise funds for our charities. I need to set up an online process that allows me to sell numbered products, singly or in groups — where we collect purchaser info like name and phone or email — so that we can notify the winner.
Any suggestions would be huge. We are using Webly to set up the website.

Hey @StauntonARotary!
Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.
When creating the Online Store, you could just create items within the Item Library:
And then just name each item title by the number:
For the item type, you could do Event, or Physical Item, or Digital item. Totally up to you.
Apart from that, within Online Store > Settings > Checkout > Advanced Settings, you should see the following options for collecting customer information:
I would ensure that Make Phone Number Optional remains unchecked, so it's not optional for customers to leave their phone number. Is that helpful? Let me know! 💡
