Scanning Items into Purchase Orders and Transfers always inputs the last scanned item
We use purchase orders and transfers between locations for inventory management on almost a daily basis. I'm pretty sure we've been doing this for as long as it has been possible. (Square customer since 2013) For as long as I can recall, if you scan an item into either a transfer or a Purchase Order, the next item scanned always autofill's as the prior item scanned and you have to delete it and then it pops up. Any chance this will ever be fixed? (This is using the Square Dashboard on PC)
Hey there @DesertShop have you tested if this behavior happens on a Private or Incognito window? No saying that this will fix the issue but it surely sounds like the browser might be attempting to auto-fill with the most recent entered information.
Will keep an eye out for your reply

Yes the behavior is exactly the same on an incognito window using chrome. The behavior is exactly the same using the Microsoft Edge browser as well. Why don't you login into a test setup and see for yourself. If you use a barcode scanner to enter items into transfers or Purchase orders the second item you scan will input as the 1st item you scanned. Am I the only square customer using a barcode scanner to enter items into transfers and purchase orders?
