Refunds Duplicating
Has anyone experienced a refund duplicating and refunding the customer twice???
We have experienced this multiple times and square support plus their engineers say that everything is fine on their end and "we" must be entering the refund twice!! This is infuriating!! We are a small mom and pop shop with two employees, myself and my mother. The last time it happened I was the only person working that day. I only did the refund once and then thirty minutes later it refunded the customer again. We are losing money and always terrified to refund a customer in fear it will duplicate. Square support is not helping us resolve the issue, with their stance in saying we are doing it. Please...someone help us if you have any insight.
We do have Square integrating with our WooCommerce, wordpress website.
We are at the point of leaving Square as our POS and card processing. We keep hoping for a resolution because of the money invested in hardware, time invested in adding inventory, plus our customer's purchase history.

Yes it just did it today for a huge order. I am positive I only refunded once.
