Online "Export Orders" Never Sends Email

When I click the "Export Orders" button on my online orders it says it is sending me an email, but I never get it. It's not in my spam. I've checked the email I have listed. It doesn't seem to be anywhere to be found.

Hey there, @CVHSSchoolStore

 

Have you tried using the CSV download to get this report? A lot of sellers use this route as an alternative to the emailed report. 

 

Please let me know if you have any other questions or this doesn't do the trick.

@Kassi_ I am having this same problem. It doesn't matter which download type I choose, it still says its sending an email and never does. Did you figure it out on your end @CVHSSchoolStore ?

Have you tried giving our direct CS team a call yet?

 

They can check into making sure your email provider isn't blocking or hardblocking our emails.

Hello, I saw this conversation and I really need help.

 

Your link about calling Square goes to something about customer codes and didn't make sense but I would love to know how to contact square about this issue.

 

The issue is the Order Export function. It says it is sending me an email with a link to the file, but I do not receive that email. There is no other method available I can find to export orders from this system. Please help. Thank you.
