Online Store/Brick & Mortar Shop

In setting up online store, I notice now in my actual brick & mortar shop, the barcode for items appearing in my online store no longer work for sales in the shop.  Why?

Is your online store built through us or somewhere else? I checked your account but it doesn't look like the Square Online store you have is published.
