No credit card or tax option on Checkout screen

I have lost the credit card and tax option on my Square Checkout screen since I created an online store. Why did it go away and how do I get it back? I can only do cash transaction without tax on the Checkout screen. Why?

Have you made any adjustments to your tax settings within the Square Dashboard? I wonder if they were adjusted when you created your Online Store. Let me know!
