Marking items "Coming Soon" in the online store

Is it possible to get an "Coming Soon" toggle on and off option in the "Item statuses" ?

We carry close to 1,000 items right now with more being added weekly, it would be nice to have something to let customers know.

Also side note- I"m looking forward to the beta "per-order" option being easier to use instead of creating a whole other store location for them.

Go to wix. They have this feature. It's called the ribbon. You can change it to whatever you want. I'm building my site on wix and square at the same time to see which i like better. So far wix seems much better.
