LOW STOCK ALERT DOES NOT SHOW CORRECT ITEMS

When we chose low stock alert under items section, it does not show all the low stock alert items. I have few items sold out but did not show under low stock alert. Also, some items are in stock way above low stock alert but it still shows under it. need to look into it.
