Items will not remove from published site

I have removed all old items and images and after publishing the old items are still showing on our store site.  When clicked there is a 404 error message.  The new item is showing and working correctly.

Hi there, @troop154

Thanks for coming to the Seller Community and making your first post! We are happy to have you here.

I have looked at your site and I definitely see the issues you are describing. Like @ryanwanner has said, it may be a caching issue. I cleared my cache, and I was able to just see the one item you have listed as available.

Please circle back and let me know if this issue persists and I can reach out to our engineers and see if they can re-index your site.

Fingers crossed clearing the cache does the trick!

Hello @troop154 !

If all the items and images are removed, my bet is that your web browser was showing you a cached version of your page. Try either viewing your page in incognito mode, trying a different browser, or clearing the cache on your browser.

If it’s still showing your deleted items after that, please let us know the site address. While we can’t dig into the back end on a public forum, there may be something we can see on the customer side.
