Is there any way to accept payments via card on square invoices via Retail POS?

Is there any way to accept payments via card on square invoices via Retail POS? I'm also looking to take partial payments on Invoices as well. I hope someone can help!

Could you give me some more insight on what you're using invoices and Retail for? 

You can definitely take partial payments with your invoices. Take a look at this Support Article for setting that up.

I take payments via Retail POS and I want to mark them as a partial payment on an existing Invoice. For some reason, when I do a partial payment on an Invoice It does not let me use the payment method "Square Point of sale". I need to use that so i do not double my entries. Thanks

Recording the Payment Type as Point of Sale is only doable through Dashboard, not the app. There's no need to mark it as such if you're already in the Retail POS app collecting payment for the invoice.
