Invoices, email campaigns going to SPAM and Junk Mail folders for my customers

Tried to use Square for my invoices and email marketing campaigns but have received multiple complaints from multiple customers that they are going to their SPAM and Junk Mail folders even though it is the first time I have sent them emails or invoices.  I need to get this fixed or scrap the use of Square for customer interactions.

Welcome to the Community! 

 

I would recommend having your customers add the email "invoicing@messaging.squareup.com" their Safe email list, so it will no longer go to their Spam folder. 

 

The same would go for the marketing email too. Since it comes from a generic email - some email hosts automatically think it's Spam.
