It looks like the option to request a deposit on an invoice has disappeared. I see a section that says 'Add Service Charge' that is now in the place of where you used to set up deposits, but I can't seem to find the deposit/payment schedule option anywhere else on the invoice.

Also, just be sure that the "ACH Payment" option is not checked. When it is checked it won't show/allow for the payment schedule/deposit to be available.

When creating the invoice, click on payment schedule and then set deposit structure.

I have a similar problem, I don't have the "Add payment schedule" button option on my line item. The ACH is unchecked and I refreshed; it's still not there. Any suggestions?

Why can I not set up multiple payments dates for a client? Such as 3 payments of $500 ... used to be an option but now I can only do a deposit and the total due.

I use the payment schedule feature often for invoices clients. However, I cannot change the time of day when the final invoice is sent. This would be a great feature to have for sending invoices. Is there any way to do this?

At this time choosing a specific time isn't possible on Square Invoices. I recommend you submit a Feature Request here. This will help our product team get visibility and track other Sellers with similar interest in your request.
