Inventory not updating after item sells

I have had several one of a kind items sell online. After they sell they still show available online and in my inventory.  It's like the sale never happened.  What am I doing wrong? Thank you for your help!

Hey @LaurenKay

 

Is the inventory not deducting from the Item Library page in the Weebly Dashboard or Square Dashboard? Or both?

 

Also- do you have actual stock set up for your items so that it has something to deduct from?

Hi @nika  ! Thanks for your reply!  It seems as though I didn't have tracking on when I created the item.  Now that I do, I am hoping that when an item sells will it show sold out on the Weebly side of things.  Do you know if that is correct?

Hello,

 

I am having issues with my inventory on my Square POS. I noticed the other day when I went to go see if I had something in inventory still (it showed that I still had three Smalls left), but I realized that I had none left, and when I looked through my sales, I realized that they have all been sold well on specific days. So I am wondering if the items were well sold, why the inventory did not update. I am worried now that I have many items like this. I would appreciate some help and insight, please.

Hmm, check if inventory tracking is turned on for your items. Also, is it possible that you have duplicate items in your library? Those are the only reasons as to why inventory is not updating accurately with each sale. 

 

If you're still having trouble, Reach out to CS so they can comb through your inventory settings.
