I forgot to charge a customer for an item

I just opened a store and I added the item in as my customer was waiting but forgot to click on it to add it to the checkout, so I only charged them for one item and missed one item. I would like to charge their card or contact them to let them know. Is this possible?

Hey @Jlswanson,

 

Customer information is privileged to the customer's bank so unfortunately you would have to have their contact information on your side to take this charge again. 

 

You can store customers in your Customer Directory in the future to save contact information into Square.
