How to include shipping information in "shipped" email sent to customers
I'd like to include the shipping information under the order summary in the emails customers get when I mark their orders as shipped. How can I do that? Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out! 🙂 When you mark an order as "shipped" you will have the option to include the tracking number. Is there additional information you are trying to include?
To mark an order as shipped, navigate to the Square Online dashboard and click Orders on the left side of the screen. Choose an order to fulfill and click Mark As Shipped in the top right corner. You should see an optional field to manually enter the tracking number details.
