How to add a text box to check out on Weebly?

I added a text box in my check out section but it is not showing up when for my customers to use when they check out?  What am I doing wrong?

HI, this is how on the Square store.  Online Dashboard, Settings, Checkout, upper right Advanced Settings, scroll down to Allow Customer to leave note to seller.
