I recently put a new iPad on my pos due to well reasons. However, now the drawer will not open and the printer does not print receipts. Can someone help clarify what is going wrong

So sorry to hear about the trouble you are experiencing with your new printer and cash drawer. We should be able to help! You may need to recreate your printer station within the Point of Sale app to insure connection is established between the two.
When you get a chance, we recommend trying these troubleshooting steps. They should be able to get you back in business.

Thanks, the new iPad is now configured and synced with the drawer and printer. I just need to figure out how to reset the old pad as we don’t know the code and it’s now disabled!
