Take a look at this helpful resource for redeeming coupons in store! Due to recent changes within our Online Store and marketing integrations, you can use the Gift Card payment option to type in your discount or coupon for in person purchases.

im going through the same thing. i don't see a way to enter the coupon code except to type in manually whatever discount that coupon said

With out recent update to Square, you hsould now be able to enter marketing email coupon codes on Square Online. If you're unable to apply coupons to your site from marketing emails there may be an issue with your account that our engineers need to review.
