How customizable is the front menu on the square register with the retail plus added
Hi there, I hope someone out there can help me as I didn't get very far with support.
We are looking to invest in the square register system with the retail plus package, but I need to know I can create categories for my staff to ring a variety of things along with merchandise.
We need to be able to charge and track admission, merchandise, consignment sales (and the different consignors) and ticket sales and possibly a special events item.
If I have to name "items" that is fine, but are there categories I can change, i.e. Shoes to Tickets?
I guess the short version question is how customizable is the on screen menu the staff uses?

I used Square swipe on my phone at art shows for years and loved it, and need the simplicity of the whole system but also need to be able to separate various categories of sales and track them.
