Has anyone else's website suffered from the switch to Weebly?

My website is a retail website so I sell a lot of different items. (Around 300 different items, and growing.) I was forced to switch over from using Square's tools to Weebly's tools a few month's ago which wasn't so bad to me at first because I love how I can fully customize my site with Weebly. The problem is I've been receiving complaints from my customers about how slowly the reaction time is now when they're attempting to shop on my site. Some even say my website won't even load for them! I checked, and it really is a pain. When I pull up my site, and tap on an item it takes nearly 30 seconds for the following options screen to load and appear on the screen! It's the same even after the option has been chosen to get back to the main screen so another choice can be made. What can I do to remedy this?? Please help!
