Feature Request: Service Ticketing

Hello all...

I'd like to see Square jump into the service industry, such as with computer repair guys, plumbers, mechanics, etc.

I currently use Repairshopr for my ticketing, but it would nice to have Square make a much more beautiful and integrated solution.

Things such as hour tracking, parts tracking, refurbs, recurring tickets. On those tickets I'd like to have private and public notes as well as being able to message with the customer via email or text.

Please check out repairshopr, it's a great program, but I'd really like to see something integrated with Square so I don't have to go back and forth for adding customers (since Zapier seems to never work), invoices, and checkouts. Plus, an interface that is more modern as well.
