After a customer is added to a sale, I would like the customer's Loyalty point status to appear automatically if a reward is available to be redeemed.
My program works as follows: customers earn one point for every $10 pre-tax spend and can redeem points as follows:
15 points = $5
25 points = $10
50 points = $25
We currently have to add a customer to a sale and then proactively query their profile to determine if they are eligible for a reward. It would be much easier and more sensible if the app suggested applying a reward to the transaction proactively.
Thanks for the suggestion @Trish_Yarn! I went ahead and shared this with our Loyalty Product Team, since we don't have a way to automatically have rewards display at this time.
